Live monitoring & dashboards

Design the view your operators actually need.

Build dashboards around operational questions: which equipment is online, which value changed and where attention is needed. Each screen has a defined audience and purpose.

  • Operator views
  • Data freshness

01

Choose the right measurements

Identify the decisions the screen supports, then select the relevant metrics. Agree units, useful ranges, reporting intervals and the meaning of device availability.

02

Compose a clear operating view

Combine current values, trend charts and device status. Group the information by equipment or workflow so an operator can move from a summary to a specific reading.

03

Validate the interpretation

Check how the screen behaves with normal values, missing updates and threshold events. Include recorded times so an old reading cannot be mistaken for a live measurement.
