Coordinate installation readiness, device onboarding and operational handover. A rollout is complete when the team can identify faults and maintain the system.
Validate a pilot group
Check representative devices under actual site conditions. Confirm readings, access permissions and the response workflow before onboarding the remaining units.
Leave a maintainable system
Provide an inventory, configuration record and operator guidance. Agree how credentials, firmware changes and replacement devices will be handled after handover.
